School Administrator -

We are seeking a well‑organised and efficient School Administrator to support the smooth day‑to‑day running of the school.

The role includes managing pupil records using Arbor, managing the admissions process, preparing statutory returns (including the DfE census), producing communications such as newsletters, organising parents’ evenings and school events, and updating the school website. You will act as a first point of contact for parents and visitors and provide general administrative support to the leadership team.

Essential:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident IT and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information sensitively

Desirable:

  • Experience in a school or education setting
  • Experience using Arbor or similar systems

Teaching Assistant -


Contract Type: Full Time (part time would be considered)
Start Date: September 2026
Education Setting: Primary School
Salary: competitive - according to experience and qualifications

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, dynamic and hard-working teaching assistant. We offer a caring and stimulating environment where children can learn and develop.

Working hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8.15am - 3.45pm.
Fridays: 8.15am - with early Shabbos closures.

You should be both passionate and enthusiastic about working with children in all aspects of their care, learning and development. You will also need to have the ability to contribute to the planning and delivery of the daily provision, as well as record and assess attainment, be competent in computer use, be able to liaise with and report to parents maintaining confidentiality at all times whilst working as part of a small and friendly team.

The candidate should be able to demonstrate proven experience working with children and the provision of equally high standards of care and education, with accurate and efficient working practices.
